My name is Melody Stedman. From the time that I was old enough to help, I was baking with my mom whenever we could. When I got into high school, I would call my parents when I got home, and ask if I could bake cookies. That life-long love of baking culminated into a true passion that eventually led me to culinary school.

From February 2023, to May 2024, I attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I participated in a 15-month, fast-paced program to obtain my Associate's Degree in Occupational Studies - Baking & Pastry. While my program was done online, when the graduation ceremony came around in November 2024, I graduated with High Honors.
